Booking and Pricing Overview

For precise and reliable service, all our vehicles are booked hourly. While many companies require a 3-hour minimum, Calgary Shuttles offers a competitive 2.5-hour minimum booking for most services. This minimum ensures coverage of all necessary travel logistics, including the driver's time for vehicle preparation, pre/post inspections, and travel to and from the yard. Our team will review your specific itinerary in detail to apply all possible efficiencies and offer you a highly Optimized Day Rate for extended or long-term rentals.
