Refund Policy

1. General Policy Statement

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is in accordance with the full Terms and Conditions and applies to all bookings for transportation services made through Calgary Shuttles. By completing a booking, you agree to the cancellation fee structure outlined in Section 2 below.

We are committed to providing fair and transparent policies, with all refunds for qualifying cancellations issued directly back to the original form of payment.

 

2. Customer-Initiated Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

 

You must notify Calgary Shuttles by email of any cancellations. Refund eligibility and the calculation of any cancellation fee are based strictly on the time we receive your written notification relative to the scheduled service pickup time.

Cancellation Policy

More than 7 days notice 25% of the total deposit. The balance of the deposit will be refunded.

Less than 7 days but more than 72 hours notice 50% of the total payment. The balance of the total payment will be refunded.

Less than 72 hours but more than 48 hours notice 75% of the total payment. The balance of the total payment will be refunded.

Less than 48 hours notice100% of the total payment. No refund will be issued.

 

3. How to Submit a Cancellation

 

  • Required Method: You must notify Calgary Shuttles of any cancellation by sending an email to our dedicated booking address: info@calgaryshuttles.ca

  • Official Timing: The official cancellation time is recorded at the moment the email or system notification is received by Calgary Shuttle's server. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the request is delivered.

  • Required Information: Your email must include:

    • The original Booking details.

    • The full name on the reservation.

    • The scheduled date and time of the service.

 

4. Refund Processing and Payment Method

 

All refunds will be processed based on the amount the cancellation is eligible for after applying the tiered fee structure in Section 2.

  • Payment Method: All qualifying refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment used for the booking.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be initiated by Calgary Shuttles within 5 business days of approving the cancellation. Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, as bank and credit card processing times are outside of our control.

 

5. No-Show Policy

 

If a customer is not present at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time, the service will be considered a "No-Show."

  • Wait Time: Calgary Shuttles drivers will wait a maximum of 10 minutes past the scheduled pickup time before departing.

  • Forfeiture: No-shows are not eligible for any refund or credit, and the full payment is retained by Calgary Shuttles.

 

6. Company-Initiated Cancellation

 

In the rare event that Calgary Shuttles must cancel a service (due to operational reasons, mechanical failure, severe weather that poses a safety risk, or other unforeseen circumstances), the customer will be provided the following options:

  • Full Refund: A 100% full refund of the total payment paid.

  • Re-booking: The option to re-book the service for an alternative date or time at no extra charge.
