Answer: Our pricing is based on a base rate plus the total time dedicated to your service. This includes the driver's full time from yard departure to your drop-off, waiting for you, and the return trip to the yard for final checks. We provide a clear, all-inclusive quote upfront.

3. Booking & Availability

 

Question: How far in advance should I book?

Answer: We recommend booking at least 30 days in advance to have the best chance of securing your preferred time. We will always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on driver availability.

4. Vehicle Safety & Insurance

 

Question: Is the vehicle covered by insurance?

Answer: Yes, absolutely. Our policy is designed to cover your vehicle during the entire service period, from the moment we take pick you up until we drop you off.

Answer: The duration varies based on your travel distance and your waiting time. We provide an estimated timeline with your quote, and our drivers are efficient to ensure you get back on the road as quickly as possible.

9. Cancellation Policy

 

Question: What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Answer: Our cancellation policy is tiered based on notice time. If you cancel with more than 7 days notice, you only forfeit 25% of your deposit. Question: Can the driver make a quick stop or run an errand for me?

Answer: Our service is primarily focused on transportation. For special requests like a brief, necessary stop, please mention it during booking. Extra time for stops may be subject to a minor additional time charge.
